The Prediction of Spirits of Devils In the end of time preceding Jesus' 2nd coming, Satan will use spiritualism to deceive the world. Supernatural agencies will claim to receive power and knowledge from the spirits of the dead. The devil's first lie was, "And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die" Gen 3:4. The lie of an immortal soul and communication with the dead is being taught even within the Christian Churches. It will be the means for the devil deceiving many "of the very elect". Our only safeguard if to know what the bible teaches for ourselves. Only God is immortal (1 Timothy 1:17), man is mortal (Job 4:17). "And the light of a candle shall shine no more at all in
thee; and the voice of the bridegroom and of the bride shall be heard no more at all in
thee: for thy merchants were the great men of the earth; for by thy sorceries were
all nations deceived." Rev 18:23 " For such are false apostles, deceitful workers,
transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. "For they are the spirits of devils, working miracles, which go forth unto the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty." Rev 16:14 "Then if any man shall say unto
you, Lo, here is Christ, or there; believe it not. "And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come
down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men, We are already seeing these prophecy being fulfilled and many being deceived. The New Age movement is really old spiritualism in a new disguise. The appearance of Mary to many of the Catholics is a fulfillment of the warnings described in the above text. It is not Mary but the devil (or one of the fallen angel impersonation) of Mary. Surely the 2nd coming of Christ is near. The bible is very clear on the dangers of speaking to the dead "A man also or woman that hath a familiar spirit, or that is a wizard, shall surely be put to death: they shall stone them with stones: their blood shall be upon them." Lev 20:27
Our great hope is in the resurrection. The dead are in a sleep like state in the memory of God. For those who are alive, we also hope for the soon coming of Christ, so we won't have to taste death. "Behold, I show you a mystery; We shall not all sleep,
but we shall all be changed, "But they which shall be accounted
worthy to obtain that world, and the resurrection from the dead, neither marry, nor are
given in marriage: "And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away." Rev 21:4 |
