I would like to introduce you to Sonora Christian Office Literature Service (SCOLS).

If your office waiting room is anything like ours you will find a variable quality of reading material there. Our patients even bring in their magazines and leave them (Sport Illustrated swimsuit edition etc.). Even the better magazines such a National Geographic teach evolutions and of what value is People Magazine?

When I was better at ensuring that I had quality Christian and health Booklets in my office, many patients receive a blessing and appreciated the knowledge. A few became Church members because of the literature.

I have recently placed a Literature rack in our office waiting room with a combination of health booklets, mental/emotional help booklets, and spiritual growth booklets. I share a patient waiting room with Drs. Anderson, Phillips, Regan and 2 Nurse Practitioners, ours patients have been appreciative and are blessed by the booklets. I have been putting stickers in the back of our booklets promoting local Christian health related services, such as Smoking succession classes, CHIP (Coronary Health Improvement Program), and Depression Recovery classes. Unless you have someone in your office with a passion for literature, a literature rack can become an empty rack or worse a place for Drug company literature.

Collectively we can have a wider influence, obtain better pricing on literature and have more consistency in maintaining our office reading materials.

In partnership with the Sonora SDA Church we have formed a office literature service

with the idea of making distribution of Christian literature in Christian offices more efficient and affordable. All labor is donated and the literature is wholesale in cost.

Our literature is chosen to be appropriate for an office, avoiding doctrinal conflicts. The literature is tailored to your preferences.

This four sided spinner rack has six pockets sized for 4¾” X 7” booklets and one pocket sized for magazines on each side. It turns smoothly on ball bearings. The rack is 15” wide and stands 62” high
